Today, American families are struggling because of corporate greed coupled with predatory banking. All this is supported and even protected by our representatives who are bought and paid for by corporate lobbyists. These representatives have failed to focus on America’s priorities. These are the very basic American values that we all share are not being honored: honesty and integrity in our government, American jobs that will insure economic prosperity for all, a strong national defense, a health care system that works for everyone, fiscal responsibility, and a strong public education system. Our nation’s effort must be focused and totally committed to the bold steps necessary so that American families, the heart of our democracy can rebuild their communities and their own “American Dream”. Together we can stand for honesty, hard work, respect, and opportunity for all Americans.
