The consistent winning record provides a culture of pride, but with the Rampage the player will additionally develop as a sportsman under a head coach and staff that not only believe in the importance of drills and practice, but they also believe in the importance of attitude and how ones own attitude can provide the lift to elevate a players game or to hold it down.
